When you dine with us, your meal will be carefully prepared to your specifications, by either Chef Donna, Chef Vashti, Chef Lisa or Chef Yolanda.
They take great pride in ensuring that you have a five star experience when you dine at Upstairs on the Bay.
Upstairs on the Bay serves Bahamian and American dishes and are particularly known for their delicious seafood.
Breakfast Includes: Boiled or Stewed Fish, Stewed Conch and Chicken Souse with home baked Johnny Cake, Pancakes, French Toast, Omelettes and much more.
On the Luncheon Menu you can choose from Fish & Chips, Angus Burger, Conch, Chicken or Veggie Burger, various sandwiches, Lobster and Crab salad etc.
Dinner is served from 5pm to 10:30pm
Appetizer Includes: Shrimp Cocktail, Organic greens and Conch Fritters.
Entrees include All Natural Steaks, Grilled Salmon with White Wine Capers Sauce, Shrimp & Grits, Cracked Conch, Stir Fried Chicken/Shrimp.
Of course Dinner is not complete without some form of mouth-watering dessert and you can choose from the Upstairs Stress Reliever, Liz’s Sinful Sundae, Cheesecake, Apple Pie a la Mode, Ice Cream and Cake of the Day.
